We run this place like our own home. We make sure we maintain the place well so you can be assured you will be well-taken care of. We provide additional in-house services at your request such as laundry and housekeeping. Avoid the hassle of maintenance issues, our in-house maintenance team will get it done for you quickly and most importantly, complimentary. Yes, that's right! We handle most of your maintenance issues inside the apartment so you can focus on other things. 

 

Menara Pinang condominium is wholly owned by Song Pang Seng Realty Sdn Bhd and consists of 113 spacious apartments in a 23-storey building. It is located in the heart of the city’s financial district, entertainment and diplomatic enclave on Jalan Kia Peng, directly opposite the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The uniqueness of this location is further enhanced by the sweeping, magnificent views of the Petronas Twin Towers. Still never fails to amaze us even after years of looking at it!
